• Am I asking the right questions to define the core issues embedded in this challenge?
• What assumptions am I making?
• If I adequately reflect on the key issues involved in the challenge, what other questions can I ask to deepen my analysis?
Reflective action requires a balance between analysis/reflection AND directed action.
• What mindset and skills do I need to strike that balance more consistently as I approach complex challenges?
